EXPECTATIONS ARE NOT ALWAYS RESENTMENTS WAITING TO HAPPEN 
 
I have taught myself 
to expect miracles, 
and so I often 
get them,  
one piece of evidence being 
this poem, 
 
and you
 
reading it.
